Life at Ingenuity

We’re an Employee Experience agency that strengthens companies from the inside out. We advise and create value-driven employee experiences across the employee lifecycle to help make companies great places to work. We’re proud to work/have worked with eBay, TD Bank, Splunk, Visa, Gap Inc, and Thumbtack, to name a few.

While we all miss seeing each other in person, we have embraced remote work. This role can be virtual/remote or if you’re local, we would love to work with you in person once we return to the office.

We value a culture of sharing and growth for all employees. Ingenuity Design provides a competitive salary, medical insurance, company paid dental & vision care coverage, 401(k), company-paid short- and long-term disability and life insurance, parking/transit contributions (when we’re in the office), flexible schedules, and work-from-home options, vacation time that increases with tenure and a generous company holiday schedule.

All employees have a hand in shaping company activities and culture, whether it’s for celebrations (in person or virtual), spearheading our JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) programs or philanthropic efforts. We’re a tight-knit family who prioritizes making the most of life, inside and outside of work.
